Collaborating with Gabetti, Guido was the first broker to advertise a Manhattan real estate development in Italy. Subsequently, he guided the acquisition of entire portfolios of bankrupt New York City condominiums thus bringing Italian real estate investors to the attention of the Wall Street Journal for the first time. More recently, he served as the buyer’s broker for Bizzi and Partners’ purchase of the Setai Fifth Avenue building lot. This 60-story skyscraper is two blocks from the Empire State Building.
Guido earned a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Rome and moved to New York in 1981 to pursue a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from Columbia University. He lives in New York City with his family.
is a native New Yorker. Upon graduating from Barnard College at Columbia University, she began her real estate career working for Prudential Douglas Elliman. This is where she acquired her extensive sales experience with Park Avenue condominiums and cooperatives. (Please note—no purchase requests ever presented by Eve have ever been declined!). Thanks to her great knowledge of who’s who in New York society, Eve serves as Vivaldi’s investment research manager.
Eve, is also very politically active. During the recent debate on health care reform, she was invited to Washington DC to testify before a Congressional committee on the subject.
Born in New York to Italian parents, Andrew spent his childhood both in Italy and the US. With builders on his father’s side and real estate brokers on his mother’s, Andrew continues the family tradition at Vivaldi Real Estate.Andrew earned degrees in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from London in 2007. He has been with Vivaldi Real Estate since January 2010 and has served as this website’s coordinator. He is also responsible for updating the Vivaldi Map weekly with new videos on the latest apartments for sale.
Born in Vicenza in 1978, Francesco holds a law degree from the University of Parma, where he graduated with distinction. After re-locating to Rome to further his studies, he passed the italian bar exam becoming a lawyer in 2006. Passionate about food and wine, he became a Sommelier through Ais Master Class and subsequently collaborated with Gambero Rosso, the Italian restaurant guide as gastronomical critic. His passion for international business and real estate lead him to New York where he started a successful cooperation as business developer with Vivaldi Real Estate. In addition to the ongoing research of investment opportunities in Manhattan and Miami, Francesco is responsible for developing business relationships in Italy, China, India and South America. He currently lives between New York City and Miami
holds a law degree from the Università Cattolica of Milan. He subsequently emigrated to the U.S. where he earned a Master of Laws (LLM) from Fordham University’s School of Law. In addition to putting his legal skills to work at Vivaldi, Piero focuses on research, analysis and development of new opportunities for real estate investment in New York. He is fluent in Italian, English, French, German and Spanish.
After graduating from the prestigious Tsinghua University in China, had a stint as an assistant professor at the Liao Ning University in Beijing. She moved to New York for an MBA in marketing from Fordham University and was then sent to Italy as a correspondent for a Chinese fashion magazine. Masa manages Vivaldi clients’ properties. She is fluent in English, Italian and Chinese.
graduated from St- Petersburg University of Culture and Arts in Russia and holds a degree in Arts Management. After the study she interned in Paris and Geneva and was working in Japan and Mexico. When she moved to New York she immediately fell in love with the city and its people.
